Our core expertise lies in ion-assisted electron beam evaporation and plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). Using our proprietary reactive ion-assisted evaporation process, we are able to deposit oxide films at temperatures (below 200°C) that achieve near-bulk density, excellent adhesion, and superior wear resistance surpassing the durability of comparable films deposited at over 400°C.
